And your experience dipping into a more sensual experience of life?

Oh definitely when I make art, I experience time so differently! I started doing more ceramics and the tactile feeling and spatial reality are especially grounding. There is even a wet clay smell that I love.

Good for you. Sounds like sensual experience of the clay studio really feeds you. Just something to think about, and perhaps play around with. Now that you have such a lovely and direct experience of the sensual IN the studio, is it possible to detect aspects of this sensuality OUTSIDE the studio, in the otherwise mundane moments of your life? Can you notice even hints of it elsewhere, and then expand, and build on these threads so you can weave more of this awesome energy into your life? This is a lighter version of the skill of building pleasure hierarchies. If you try it out, let me know what you experience.
